A series of training videos on key topics produced
by ISRM in association with Quality Leisure Management. All videos are
modular based which can be successfully viewed in sections. Videos are
accompanied by a comprehensive training pack containing guidance notes,
overhead projector master slides, and exercises to enable managers to
carry out effective in-house training with their staff.
Presented by Peter Mills, consultant to the leisure
industry, the videos provide some of the underpinning knowledge required
for a number of the ISRM short course training programmes, including
