We have an exciting opportunity for a Premises Maintenance Manager to join the senior management team in Bath. This is a one year fixed term contract with an immediate focus on delivering a number of projects.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be a technical guru, responsible for ensuring that maintenance and technical operations at all our sites in Bath & North East Somerset meet the highest standards.

You will provide the professional and authoritative voice across the whole range of building services and will have the opportunity to contribute to business strategy across a number of key areas, including energy efficiency.

Candidates will have at least 3 years management experience in a multi-site engineering environment together with experience of maintaining electromechanical, heating and ventilation systems. Knowledge of pool plant would be beneficial.

You will possess strong business development skills, with proven project management experience, from design through to delivery, including procurement and contractor management.

Possession of a degree level qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering will be an advantage.
