FLAME Finalists 2006

The FIA’s 2006 Fitness Leadership and Management Excellence Awards (FLAME), the industry’s most sought after commendations, will take place on 27 September 2006, at the FP Business Gala Dinner.

This year’s finalists are:

Corporate Club of the Year – supported by Torex Leisure Management Solutions:

Spirit of FLAME, supported by thinkOTB, will be presented to an individual, club or centre in recognition of outstanding achievements or performance demonstrated during the 2006 awards process. This category is not entered into but is selected by the assessors from all applicants and therefore there are no finalists only a winner.

"FLAME is probably the most thorough and challenging assessment of any club and a recognition within the industry against the best of the rest" said Chris Koffman, General Manager, LivingWell Canary Wharf, Winner of the 2005 Corporate Club of the Year award.

"FLAME forces you to look at every aspect of your club. It is a massive accolade to even be in the final," commented Miles Hill, General Manager, Amida Hampton, Winner of the 2005 Club of the Year award.
