ISRM agreement with ‘Flow Sports Ltd’
Flow Sports Personnel is a well established ‘Recruitment Agency’
in the sport, recreation and fitness sectors of the industry.
ISRM has entered into this agreement to further add to the benefits enjoyed
by its members, which currently stand at 2334.
We believe that this agreement will provide many more career advancement
opportunities across a variety of sectors for our members. Members access
this resource through the ‘Members Area’ of their website.
Where they will be able to access all the latest jobs currently on ‘flow’s’
books. Members will also receive updated jobs available through ‘flow’
in member mailings this will amount to approximately 10 times more jobs
than are currently advertised through the ISRM recruitment service.
Members
applying for positions through ‘Flow’ will benefit from additional
services such as; career counselling, guidance on interview techniques
and advice on CV’s. Along with recommendations for further training
and qualifications that candidates may need to consider.
Employers who are members of ISRM either corporately or individually will
also benefit from the agreement. Using a recruitment agency to fill positions
is becoming increasingly more popular in the sector as it can be seen
as less risk than advertising (you only pay when a position is filled
and the candidate has completed 2 months service). Members will be guaranteed
a low commission rate of the ‘Gross Salary’ of the person
employed. This rate may be as high as 25% for non-members.
The ISRM and in turn the industry will benefit from being closer to the
current requirements of employers, and will better be able to plug ‘skills
gaps’ by designing appropriate qualifications and training.
‘In summary we hope this agreement will be a ‘win win’
for all parties concerned and are proud to announce our association with
such a leading player in the recruitment ‘field.’
