What is it?

The role of the supervisor is crucial to the provision of good customer service in all organisations. Supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day performance of other staff, the well-being and safety of customers and staff, as well as the day-to-day operation of the building. What does it involve?

The certificate is made up of the following three modules:

Candidates receive a comprehensive set of course materials for each module which, when supplemented by their own notes, builds into an invaluable reference document for use throughout their careers. The content of each module is the most vocationally relevant for supervisors in the industry today and has been designed to enable successful progression on to higher level ISRM qualifications, supporting the Institute's belief in continuing professional development.

Any number of modules may be taken in a year and each module is assessed at the completion of the course by a combination of coursework and a post-course, work based assignment. To gain the full qualification candidates must pass all three modules, however each module is individually certified enabling candidates to enter the programme, progress at their own pace and if necessary leave at any stage with some certificate of achievement.
