NB PRM are also available to deliver courses across the rest of the Middle East although this agreement is not an exclusive one and we welcome approaches from other training providers in these areas.

PRM TRAINING DIVISION
PRM’s Training Division was founded in recognition of the need for professional Health & Safety Training within the UAE. We represent both St John Ambulance and the Royal Life Saving Society in the UAE and deliver all our training to international standards. The team of experienced training professionals are able to adapt the training to meet the specialised needs of the multi-cultural environment and varying levels of education. The Training Division’s ambition is to provide clients with excellent service and high quality training, where the students gain essential life saving skills and knowledge in a comfortable and enjoyable environment.
THE TEAM
Heike Glassner – PRM Training Manager, Trainer/Assessor
Heike started her career as a police investigator in Berlin, Germany. During this time she was involved in providing voluntary services for the German Life Saving Society (DLRG), where, being responsible for rescue diver training and salvage operations, she gained several qualifications in the water safety and first aid. In addition to being an International Life Saving Instructor, Heike is a qualified Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) UK Beach and Pool Lifeguard Trainer/Assessor and a St. John Ambulance Trainer/Assessor. She has also holds Diploma in Tourism and Sport Management.
Heike has spent eight years in the Middle East working in the leisure and tourism and training industry, gaining valuable experience of diverse cultures. She worked for more than
four years with FAST Consultants as a Senior Trainer before joining PRM International to head the training division. Her dynamic personality combined with her wide range of experience and enthusiasm always reflects in her training sessions.
Fran Cole – Administration and Training Development Manager, Trainer/Assessor
Fran spent six years in Thailand working for the Department for International Development at the British Embassy before coming to the UAE in 2002. While in Dubai she worked for almost 3 years with FAST Consultants as office manager and trainer before joining PRM International. Holding various training qualifications she is a fully qualified RLSS Pool Lifeguard Trainer/Assessors as well as a St. John Ambulance First Aid Trainer/Assessor. She is currently in the process of gaining the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Certificate in Training Practice, which enables her to offer various consultancy services in the training field.
Fran has a friendly and outgoing personality that ensures students enjoy her training. With her professionalism and experience, as Administration and Training Development Manager she adds great value to PRM International Training Division.
Judith Ross – Trainer/Assessor
Judith has been a First Aid trainer since 1994, initially working for St John Ambulance Association in England where she taught a range of courses including First Aid at Work to people from various industries and backgrounds. She has subsequently taught in Brunei and the UAE, where clients have come from various educational, linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
Prior to commencing First Aid training, Judith was a volunteer member of the St John Ambulance brigade, during which time she carried out First Aid duties and continual training in the different aspects of the field. Judith has also worked with children at various levels, as a registered child minder, in the youth sections of SJA, and with gym clubs and toddler groups. With her wide experience of working environments such as offices, docks, laboratories, Library and English Language classroom and her Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language Judith adds great depth to the Training Division.
Sharon Crowther – Trainer/Assessor
Sharon is a qualified RLSS UK Pool Lifeguard Trainer/Assessor and a St. John Ambulance First Aid Trainer/Assessor. She has been involved in training for over 20 years, as a Diving Instructor for the British Sub-Aqua Club / CMAS and for 11 years as an Assistant Director for the British Council in Tanzania, where she managed training projects and courses on behalf of the British Council and Department for International Development. Previous work experience was in the food industry, the engineering industry and in the service-providing sector. Originally from the United Kingdom, she has lived in Tanzania, South Africa and Dubai. Sharon has always been involved in water-related activities and her passion for the sea extends to sailing, kayaking and diving. Her enthusiastic and easy-going personality, coupled with experience of cultural diversity, enables people to feel at ease on her training courses
