An advanced (level 4) programme delivered over 3 days for technically minded and managerial staff. It takes the knowledge gained from the National Pool Plant Operators course and develops this to investigate pool disgnostics, energy management and maintenance management. | National Pool Plant Operators Foundation Certificate
Leading to the Active IQ Level 2 Certificate in Pool Plant Operations An introductory one-day course for front line staff covering the basic principles and processes of pool water treatment. It provides a pathway towards the full level 3 NPPO certificate course. |
| National Pool Plant Operators Certificate
Leading to the Active IQ Level 3 Certificate in Pool Plant Operations A three-day course which is the essential technical qualification for staff involved in day-to-day pool plant operation, or those responsible for plant management. |
| National Pool Plant Operators Update Training
In order to maintain the currency of the pool plant operator's knowledge and inclusion in the Register of Pool Plant Professionals after the period of five years, ISRM offer the opportunity of attending one-day update training days. |

| ISRM Introduction to Spa Pools - Online Training Course This is a computer based training programme which can be completed in approx. 2-3 hours |
| ISRM National Spa Pool Foundation Certificate This is a one day course based upon the ISRM Operators Guide to Spa Pool Services and has been devised for staff who have not previously received training. It is less demanding than the two day course with an easier assessment which is based upon multiple choice questions. |
| ISRM National Spa Pool Operators Certificate This is a two day training course based upon the ISRM Spa Pool Manual. It is intended for staff who have a basic knowledge and understanding of spa pools and offers them the chance to gain a nationally recognised qualification. |
