To be eligible for associate membership of the ISRM your colleagues will need to have either:

ISRM Supervisory Management Certificate
NPLQ Unit 2 Assessor
National Pool Plant Operator Certificate
A level 3 qualification in Sports Development/Management
A Sports related degree

And have:

1 years experience in a Sport & Recreation role
